MUST Introduction

The Multan University of Science and Technology, has been established in Multan City under the Sponsorship of Learn Forward (Pvt.) Limited. The University has been granted Charter by the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as an Independent Degree Awarding University through The Multan University of Science and Technology Act XXXIV of 2022. Company Incorporation Certificate (attached as Annex-A) The Punjab Gazette Notification (attached as Annex-B)

Dr. Muhammad Arshad

Chair Board of Governance

Dr. Muhammad Arshad is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in veterinary medicine, microbiology, and regulatory affairs. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of a leading educational institution Multan University of Science and Technology, where he utilizes his expertise to guide the institution towards academic excellence.

With a PhD in Microbiology, Dr. Arshad has also served as the Head of Government Regulatory bodies for over a decade, providing his invaluable insights to various government bodies such as the livestock department and the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. His contributions have been instrumental in enhancing the quality and safety of healthcare products and services in Pakistan.

Dr. Arshad is also a Patron of various national research organizations, supporting research initiatives aimed at advancing science and technology in Pakistan. His efforts have helped to promote scientific innovation and development in the country.

I am deeply committed to improving the education system in Pakistan. I believe that education is the key to unlocking the potential of the country’s youth and I am actively working to improve access to quality education for all. I am a strong advocate for educational reform, with a focus on providing equitable opportunities for students from all backgrounds. Through my role as Chairman of the Board of Governors, I am working to develop innovative educational programs and initiatives that will benefit students across the country.

Dr. Syed Muhammad Ali Gardezi

Director

As a Member of the Board of Governors at Multan University of Science and Technology, Mr. Gardezi has been a driving force behind the institution’s efforts to revolutionize the education system in Pakistan. He firmly believes that education is the key to unlocking the potential of individuals and societies, and that the current system needs to be reimagined to better serve the needs of students and the broader community.

Leadership

Under his leadership, the university has embarked on a series of bold initiatives aimed at modernizing teaching methods, leveraging emerging technologies, and expanding access to education for underserved communities. Mr. Gardezi’s deep understanding of the challenges facing the education sector and his visionary approach have helped position the university at the forefront of the education revolution in Pakistan.

Mr. Gardezi’s message is clear: the time for incremental change in the education sector is over. It is time for bold action to transform the system and ensure that every student, regardless of their background or circumstances, has the opportunity to fulfill their potential. He believes that this requires a holistic approach that goes beyond mere technical fixes and addresses the underlying structural issues that have contributed to the current state of the education system in Pakistan. By working collaboratively with stakeholders across the education ecosystem, Mr. Gardezi is confident that we can create a brighter future for the next generation of students in Pakistan.
