The University has been granted Charter by the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as an Independent Degree Awarding University through The Multan University of Science and Technology Act XXXIV of 2022. Dr. Muhammad Arshad is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in veterinary medicine, microbiology, and regulatory affairs. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of a leading educational institution Multan University of Science and Technology, where he utilizes his expertise to guide the institution towards academic excellence.
With a PhD in Microbiology, Dr. Arshad has also served as the Head of Government Regulatory bodies for over a decade, providing his invaluable insights to various government bodies such as the livestock department and the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. His contributions have been instrumental in enhancing the quality and safety of healthcare products and services in Pakistan.
Dr. Arshad is also a Patron of various national research organizations, supporting research initiatives aimed at advancing science and technology in Pakistan. His efforts have helped to promote scientific innovation and development in the country.
I am deeply committed to improving the education system in Pakistan. I believe that education is the key to unlocking the potential of the country’s youth and I am actively working to improve access to quality education for all. I am a strong advocate for educational reform, with a focus on providing equitable opportunities for students from all backgrounds. Through my role as Chairman of the Board of Governors, I am working to develop innovative educational programs and initiatives that will benefit students across the country.
